After the Municipal Corporation of Delhi has found 22,853 ghost employees on its payrolls, the city Mayor Kanwar Sain said the civic agency will recommend a CBI inquiry into the scam that has been causing a loss of 204 crore rupees per year to it. He told reporters on Thursday that all related files were sent to the Lt Governor to recommend a CBI probe into the matter.
