Appreciating the improving Covid-19 situation in Delhi, he said, combined efforts of people of Delhi, State administration and the Central government have reduced the number of Covid cases and deaths in the city. He said, increasing recovery rate reflects the commitment of all engaged in dealing with Covid-19.
