The Bar Council of Delhi will launch a National Campaign for Legal Awareness among Prisoners as part of the golden jubliee celebrations advocates act tomorrow. Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has expressed happiness over the launching of campaign.

In his message, Dr. Singh has expressed confidence that the national cmpaign will contribute to ensuring fundamental rights to prisoners and detainees. He said since most of prison inmates lack understading of their rights, it is very important to increase awareness about their rights.
