Delhi Autorickshaws, taxis strike tomorrow

Delhi Transport Corporation, DTC, has made all arrangements to clear the extra rush in the view of the Auto Rickshaw Taxi strike called by auto taxi unions on Tuesday in the national capital.The unions are demanding hike in fares. It will deploy extra buses across the city from railway stations, interstate bus terminals, airport, hospitals and other important places.The Delhi Transport Minister Ramakant Goswami has directed all the Depot Managers and Regional Managers of the DTC to ensure the maximum out-shedding of buses so that passenger could reach to their destination easily.Meanwhile, All Indian Trade Union Congress along with its associated 14 auto unions today decided to stay away from the strike.
