The Budget session of Delhi Assembly will be held from March 15 to 31. The session will commence with the Lt Governor's address. Official Sources said today that Finance Minister A K Walia will present the Budget for the year 2011-12 on March 22 and it would be passed by the Assembly on March 28 .
