The winter session of Delhi Assembly beginning on Wednesday is expected to be a stormy.<br/><br/>The opposition BJP plans to raise the issues like bus fare hike, increase in water tariff and rising prices of essential commodities.<br/><br/>Despite its limited strength, the BJP has already decided to bring in a no-confidence motion against the Delhi Government alleging its "total failure in every front.<br/><br/>The session which will be concluded on 16th of December will sit for six days.<br/><br/>During this session, Delhi Government will table VAT amendment bill and the Entertainment and Betting amendment bill provides for an increase in tax for DTH (Direct To Home) television services.<br/><br/>The Speaker of the assembly Dr Yoganand Shastri said he had received request from MLAs to raise more than 77 issues but only five matters have been chosen for short duration discussion in view of time constraint.<br/>
