A two day special session of Delhi Assembly begins this afternoon. In the session, A Bill related to the division of Municipal Corporation of Delhi, MCD into three smaller civic bodies, will be introduced for passage.AIR correspondent reports, as per the proposal, the new civic bodies have to be set up in East, North and South Delhi. However the number of municipal wards will remain unchanged.North and South Delhi will have 104 wards each while the civic body in East Delhi will have 64 wards. Apart from that, issues of price rise, Law and Order situation in the national capital are also likely to be taken for discussion.
