Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal has won from New Delhi constituency. He defeated Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit by 22 thousand votes. Delhi seems to be heading for a fractured verdict with the debutant Aam Aadmi Party giving a tough time to the BJP, pushing
