The budget session of the Delhi Assembly begins tomorrow with a customary address by Lieutenant Governor Tejinder Khanna. The session is likely to be a stormy with opposition BJP planning to come down hard on the government on issues such as price rise and cost escalation of various projects linked to the upcoming Commonwealth Games. <br/>The session, will have around 13 sittings and conclude on 1st of next month. The budget will be presented by Finance Minister A K Walia on the 22nd of this month.
