Dehradun is all set to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi who will be visiting Uttarakhand tomorrow for first time since he assumed office in May 2014. Heavy Security arrangements are being put in place at Parade Ground where Prime Minister will address a public rally. The PM will also announce several development projects for poll bound state.<br/><br/>Every nook and corner of Dehradun is abuzz with the talks of Prime Minister's visit who will reach state capital around 12.30 in afternoon tomorrow. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of a network of all-weather roads to Char Dham before addressing the public rally. <br/><br/>This ambitious project of Ministry of Road Transport will allow uninterrupted access for pilgrims to the four shrines of Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. The mega project worth Rs 12,000 crores will have 900 kilometres of improved roads. <br/><br/>To enhance road safety All weather road will have 2 tunnels, 25 major Bridges and 3 flyovers. Although Chief Minister of the state Harish Rawat had expressed displeasure over the name of the project by saying that all weather name indicates if other roads of the state doesn't have the quality to travel in all weathers.
