Defense Minister Nirmala Sitharaman took stock of the military preparations being made to strengthen the Indian Army's strategic strength in Pokhran Field Firing Range in Jaisalmer District of Rajasthan today. <br/><br/>The Defense Minister saw the tremendous firing capabilities of the third generation upgraded modern powerful tank Arjun Mark 2. She also visited Jodhpur and inspected the defiance lab. The Chief of Army Staff, General Vipin Rawat and other officers of Army and DRDO, accompanied the minister.
