The Defence Secretary Mr. Pradip Kumar will arrive in Beijing on Wednesday for talks with his Chinese counterpart. He will be accompanied by senior Military officials. The Defence Secretary is expected to meet a range of top officials in the PLA. Sources say, several proposed confidence building measures could be followed up in the meeting. There is also talk to expand scope of joint exercises between two militaries.
