Defence Ministry to part with some of its land in Bengaluru City to Karnataka State Government's infrastructure projects

<br />'' <br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Defence Ministry has agreed to part with some of its land in Bengaluru  City to Karnataka State Government's infrastructure  projects. In turn the Defence Ministry will get land equivalent to the cost of the Defence land given to city civic body Bruhat Bengluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP). </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">This was announced in a joint press conference by Defence Minister Nirmala Seetharaman and  Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy in Bangaluru today </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Asked about reports that the venue of Aero India Show which has traditionally been happening in Bangalore may be shifted to Lucknow, she said her ministry has not made any announcement as yet but it will be announced sooner.</span><br />
