Union Defence Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman today visited headquarters of Western Command of Indian Army at Chandimandir Cantonment in Panchkula district today. After reaching the cantonment she laid a wreath at the war memorial and planted a tree.<br/><br/>Ms Sitharaman interacted with the troops, enquired about their problems and suggested them to share their concerns through messages and e-mail. The Defence Minister would also have a meeting with top army officers of western command.
