Defence Minister A.K. Antony will be laying foundation stone for the expansion plan of Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd in Hyderabad today. The expansion that is being taken place at 600 crore rupees is aimed at increasing MIDHANI’s turnover from the present 400 crore to 1,000 crore rupees in five years. He will also inaugurate an indigenously built Electro Slag Refining (ESR) furnace to augment MIDHANI's melting capacity.
