Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will co-chair the 4th India-France Annual Defence Dialogue with the French Armed Forces Minister Sebastien Lecornu on his visit to India from 26-28 November. <br />'' <br />'' In an official release, Ministry of Defence said, this would be Mr Lecornu's first visit to India as Armed Forces Minister. The French Minister is also expected to meet External Affair Minister Dr S Jaishankar and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. He is also scheduled to visit Southern Naval Command Headquarters at Kochi and see India's first indigenous aircraft carrier INS Vikrant.<br />
