Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has rejected the allegation levelled by Congress relating to Rafale deal and termed it as shameful. <br/><br/>Talking to media in New Delhi, Ms Sitharaman said, the deal was finalized following transparent procedure. She said, the allegations are politically motivated. The Minister said, from 2004 to 2014 UPA Government could not finalize the deal. <br/><br/>Yesterday, Congress had alleged that irregularities in the Rafale deal and accused the Prime Minister of allegedly changing the entire deal to benefit a businessman.
