Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, EAM S Jaishankar to participate in India-US 2 plus 2 ministerial dialogue in Washington tomorrow

<span style="color: #222222;">External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will head the Indian delegation at the India US 2 plus 2 dialogue in Washington on 11th of this month. The US delegation will be led by Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin.<br />''<br />'' Briefing media in New Delhi last evening, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said the Dialogue would enable both sides to undertake a comprehensive review of cross-cutting issues in the India – US bilateral agenda related to foreign policy, defence and security. Mr Bagchi said the 2 plus 2 Dialogue Mechanism will also provide the opportunity to exchange views about important regional and global developments and how both countries can work together to address common interests and concerns.  <br />''<br />''The Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement, that Dr Jaishankar will also separately meet his US counterpart. He is also scheduled to meet senior members of the US administration to further advance the India US global strategic partnership. </span><br />

The fourth India-US 22 Ministerial Dialogue will get underway in Washington tomorrow. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar will lead the Indian delegation. <br />''<br />''The US delegation will be led by Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
