<span style="color: #222222;">Defence Minister Rajnath Singh was felicitated in Bengaluru today by the State Government and industry bodies for giving HAL an order of Rs 48,000 crore to manufacture 83 LCA Mark 1A fighter aircraft.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Speaking on the occasion, the Defence Minister said that the order to HAL will help generate 5,000 direct jobs and 25,000 secondary jobs in the country and 230 equipment suppliers comprising 180 MSMEs will benefit from the order. He expressed a resolve to support indigenisation of defence equipment.</span><br />
