Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar has denied any kind of Chinese incursion at Barahoti area of Uttarakhand saying that it was just a transgression form that side. Making a statement over the issue in Lok Sabha today, Mr Parrikar said there is a well defined mechanism to settle such transgressions. <br/><br/>He said, the Line of Actual Control, LAC, between India and China has not been demarcated due to which perception of differences arises along it. The Defence Minister also informed the House that instances of transgression from Chinese side have reduced.
