Vice President, M. Venkaiah Naidu has said that he is deeply anguished by the loss of lives and devastation caused to public and crops by cyclone Amphan in West Bengal and Odisha.<br />'' <br />'' In a series of tweets today, Mr. Naidu appreciated the State administrations for timely evacuation of lakhs of people to safer places and undertaking rescue and relief operations in coordination with the central NDRF teams in the affected areas. <br />''  <br />
