Top ranked women archer Deepika Kumari of Jharkhand created a national record when she shot 346 points in women's 50 metre round in the 34th Senior National Archery Championship in Jamshedpur on Tuesday.World Cup silver medallist Deepika broke the previous record of 333 points held by Olympian L Bombayla Devi. Former Olympian V Praneetha finished second in the event with 332 points while Reena Kumari scored 322 to clinch bronze.
