Decision on retirement my sole prerogative, says Sachin

Indian ace cricketer Sachin Tendulkar said that deciding on his retirement is his sole prerogative and no one should not tell him when to do so. Addressing to the media in Mumbai on Sunday, Tendulkar expressed his discontent on those who were constantly expressing their views on the time for his retirement. He said since no one decided on his coming to the game, therefore no one should not decide on his time of his exit. The master blaster also spoke on a host of other issues related to his career and the game. Speaking on the breaking the record of his outstanding feat of 100 tons, the iconic batsman said that he would like to see it broken by an Indian. About fulfillment of dreams in his career, Tendulkar said that he has achieved his dreams of playing for the nation and winning the world cup.Tendulkar, the Indian star batsman who has virtually every batting record to his credit, said the biggest compliment for him was when the legendary Sir Don Bradman included him in his all-time Test XI. Speaking about his source of inspiration and strength of an outstanding career spanning over two decades, Tendulkar said that he derives all his strength from his family and his coaches. Tendulkar said apart all, his father is the most important person in his life and considers him as hero as he has not only influenced him in his professional career but also in his personal life.
