Decision on interim bail plea of Amar Singh on Tuesday

A Delhi court will tomorrow decide the interim bail plea of Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh . He is currently in lodged in Tihar Jail following his arrest in the 2008 cash-for-vote case.
Special Judge Sangita Dhingra Sehgal today reserved her order after hearing senior advocate Ram Jethmalani, who argued the case of the 55-year-old former Samajwadi Party general secretary.
The Tihar Jail authorities earlier submitted to the court the medical report on Singh's health, saying the results of some of the tests were still awaited and that they would be available only by tomorrow.
