Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the decision of -Demonetization was not simple and to implement it was also not easy. Addressing Parivartan Yatra Rally of BJP at Kushinagar today he said that the decision to ban higher value currency notes was considered to benefit the poor. <br/><br/>Prime Minister called for cashless transaction and usage of mobile phones to implement it. He called upon the people specially the youth to make other learn how mobile phone can be used for money transaction. He told how the Union Government has considered various initiatives to benefit the farmers specially cane growers. <br/><br/>Prime Minister also told how neem coated urea has been made easily available to the farmers. Speaking about "Pradhan Mantri Fasal Beema Yojana" he said that this will be helpful to the farmers in every conditions from ploughing to harvesting and even after that. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that though it was purely a political rally but Prime Minister's speech was emphasised on two major issues, one the Demonetization and the other, issues of farmers specially cane growers in East Uttar Pradesh.
