The death toll in East Delhi's building collapse has risen to 53.Scores of rescue workers working this morning to pull out people trapped inside the debris of a building collapsed in East Delhi. The toll mounted to 53 from the overnight figure of 42 after 9 persons succumbed to injuries and two more bodies have been pulled out from the debris at Lalita Park in Laxmi Nagar. Delhi government officials said a magisterial inquiry has been ordered into the incident. A 250-member disaster management team has been deployed to help in rescue effort which has been going on through the night.
