In Madhya Pradesh, the death toll in yesterday's bus accident in Raisen district has risen to 18, as two more bodies were recovered today. Rescue efforts are still continuing at the spot, twenty two people were rescued. Sixteen bodies were recovered earlier. A private passenger bus had fallen into the Barna river in Bareli area of Raisen district yesterday. The bus had gone out of control after one of its tyre suddenly burst while crossing a bridge over Barna river. The bus was on its way to Jabalpur from Bhopal. The state government has ordered a magisterial enquiry into the incident.
