In Mexico, the death toll has risen to 13 in a military helicopter crash in the state of Oaxaca. <br/><br/>The Oaxaca prosecutor's office said, five women, four men, and three children were killed in the crash and another victim died on the way to the hospital.<br/><br/>In a statement, the Interior Ministry said, the helicopter carrying the Interior Minister and Oaxaca Governor crashed during a visit to the areas affected by a 7.2 magnitude earthquake.<br/><br/>It said, the Interior Minister and the Governor on board, did not suffer serious injury.<br/><br/>The officials were surveying the aftermath of the quake that rocked the rural state and Mexico City last evening. <br/><br/>The quake left nearly a million homes and businesses without power in the capital and south.<br/>
