The death toll in yesterday's rail accident at Santhia in West Bengal has gone up to 63. AIR correspondent reports that 90 injured passengers have been admitted to Suri Hospital in Veerbhum district. <br/><br/>Railways have held driver and co-driver of the Uttarbanga Express responsible for the fatal train accident early yesterday. Railway Board Chairman Vivek Sahai told newsmen in Kolkata that according to prima facie reports, the driver and co-driver did not use break and not even emergency break. Mr. Sahai said, they did not obey the signalling direction as well. He said Railway Safety Commission which will begin inquiry of the whole tragedy will examine every angle of it including act of sabotage. <br/><br/>Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee was suspicious about the cause of the accident. She told reporters in Kolkata that whatever has happened is not a casual thing. The government will take all strong steps against those behind it. She also said the Railways will investigate why the Uttarbanga Express was travelling 25 minutes before time.<br/>
