With the recovery of one more body from Budhi Gandak river today, the death toll in the boat accident in the Mehsi village of east Champarn district of Bihar has reached to 11 persons are still missing on the second day of the rescue operation launched by the district administration. The accident occurred yesterday morning when the boat carrying 35 passengers capsized with stream in the swollen Budhi Gandak river.
