<br/>The death toll in devastating fire in Kolkata has risen to 23. Fire Brigrade personnel recovered 17 more charred bodies inside the building late last night. The devastating fire broke out in a multi-storyed building at busy Park Street area in the city yesterday. Quoting official sources AIR Kolkata correspondent reports that the fire was brought under control though it has not yet been possible to completely extinguish it.
