The death toll in a migrant boat tragedy has reached 89 as a Lebanese boat sank off the Syrian coast earlier this week. The head of al-Basel Hospital in Syria's coastal city of Tartus today informed that six out of 20 receiving treatment at the medical center have been discharged.
