In Himachal Pradesh, the death toll in Saturday's mishap caused by flash flood in Nalka rivulet in Sirmour district has risen to four with the recovery of three more bodies on Sunday. Massive rescue operation to trace the missing persons is on in an area of 35 kilometers downstream the rivulet. The remaining 4 missing persons are feared dead.The missing persons were going to attend marriage partie in four vehicles. Their vehicles were swept away by sudden gush of water from the upper region in the rivulet in Haripur Khol village of Nahan tehsil in the district. Most of the passengers were rescued by the local villagers. However, 8 persons were washed away. All the missing persons except one are from the same village.
