Death toll due to COVID-19 infection rises to 35 in J&K

Jammu and Kashmir today registered yet another death due to Covid-19. A 60-year-old man from Noorbagh area of Srinagar died due to coronavirus. <br />'' <br />'' With the latest fatality, the death toll due to the virus in the Union Territory has gone up to 35.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, Covid 19 cases continue to see a spike in Jammu and Kashmir with the current tally standing at 2,857. <br />'' <br />'' Out of these positive cases, 1,816 are active positive while 1007 have recovered. <br />'' <br />'' The government has advised people to report symptoms, saying early detection of COVID-19 can prevent the spread of disease. <br />'' <br />'' In case of any emergency people can avail free ambulance services 24×7 at their doorsteps by calling on toll-free number 108 while pregnant women and sick infants can avail free ambulance services by dialling toll-free number 102. <br />''
