<span style="color: #222222;">The National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, has issued notices to the Chief Secretary of Delhi and Delhi Police Commissioner over the deaths in a sewer in West Delhi. </span><br />” <br />” <span style="color: #222222;">Taking suo moto cognizance of media reports, the Commission issued notices to the Chief Secretary of the city government and Commissioner of Police and sought a detailed report within four weeks. </span><br />” <br />” <span style="color: #222222;">According to the media reports, five men lost life by inhaling toxic gases while cleaning a sewer tank yesterday. </span><br />” <br />” <span style="color: #222222;">The reports also said, that no safety equipments were provided to the workers and they only used ropes and clothes to cover their faces while they entered the tank. </span><br />
