In Nepal, the deadline set to form a consensus government by the President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav ends today but the parties have yet to agree on the formation of the government. The UCPN ( maoist ) and the Nepali Congress have agreed to lead a rotational government but the deadlock remains on who will lead the government first.
