The former Engineer-in-Chief of Doordarshan Mr. B.K. De was today conferred with “Life Time Achievement” Award by the World Development Foundation in New Delhi. Speaking on the occasion, former Chief Engineer of All India Radio and Doordarshan Dr. H.O. Srivastava said that Mr. De's way of functioning should be emulated by young officers. Engineer-in-Chief of Doordarshan Mr. A. K. Bhatnagar and Engineer-in-Chief of AIR Mr. R. Vidyasagar were also present on the occasion.
