DDCA row: Govt, BJP back Jaitley, says Naqvi

Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has said that Government and BJP are fully behind Finance Minister Arun Jaitley who is facing opposition attack over the alleged irregularities in Delhi and District Cricket Association.<br/><br/> Talking to reporters outside Parliament today, Mr. Naqvi said the entire country has faith in Mr. Jaitley's integrity and honesty and opposition will not succeed in denting his image. He alleged that Congress has a history of corruption and it is trying to tarnish the image of others in the same manner. <br/><br/>Mr. Naqvi also rejected Aam Aadmi Party's demand for resignation of Finance Minister saying BJP does not take it seriously. The Minister also accused the Congress of going back from its words on the passage of pending Bills. He advocated for the passage of legislations amid din saying the bills related to country's development cannot be blocked due to disruptions.<br/><br/>Minister of State in Prime Minister's Office Dr. Jitendra Singh today strongly backed Finance Minister saying those who are accusing him do not have enough wisdom to understand what it means to be Arun Jaitley. Mr. Jaitley is facing opposition attack over alleged irregularities in DDCA.<br/><br/> Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Dr. Singh said Mr.Jaitley's personality and public life are example of integrity and honesty. He said the Finance Minister is an inspiration for entire generation of politicians.
