Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has hit out at Congress over its accusation on his senior colleague and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on alleged irregularities in DDCA. Talking to reporters outside Parliament today, Col. Rathore said such charges will have rebound effect on the opposition party as people are angry over the allegations. He said Mr. Jaitley is a man of integrity and honesty and everyone knows it. <br/><br/>The Minister also criticized the Congress over the delay in passage of Juvenile Justice Amendment Bill in the Rajya Sabha alleging that the opposition party has been blocking the legislation since last Parliament session. Another Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said the Congress is trying to divert the attention from National Herald case by raising the issue of DDCA. He also lauded Mr. Jaitley saying he is an example of transparency and honesty.
