Delhi Development Authority, DDA, will allot about eight thousands houses to lower income groups of society this year.This was stated by vice-chairman of DDA, GS Patnaik in New Delhi.He said the construction of over twenty thousands houses is in progress and it is expected to deliver eight thousands of these dwelling units in the year 2012.He reaffirmed the authority's intention to deliver one lakh housing units for economically weaker sections of society within three years. Mr. Patnaik also said the authority will digitalize the land records to preserve them.
