The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) conducted a draw of lots for 16 thousand flats on Monday. For the first time, the draw was held in Noida and not in the DDA headquarters in Delhi. More than seven lakh fifty thousand persons had applied for the flats. Official sources said the results will be uploaded on the DDA website and will be published in newspapers as well.The flats for which draw was held are located in areas like Vasant Kunj, Mukherjee Nagar, Motia Khan, Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, Narela, Jaffarabad, Kondli and Gharoli. DDA has offered one, two and three bedroom flats with prices ranging from 9 lakh rupees to 1 crore 12 lakh rupees.The housing scheme was launched on November last year.
