<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Ramesh Kumar today flagged off the J&K UT contingent of 189 athletes and coaches of 18 different sports disciplines for participation in 37th National Games scheduled to be held in Goa from 26th October to 9th November 2023.<br />''<br />'' The Divisional Commissioner said hard work, dedication and discipline are the qualities of a great sports person and he is sure our athletes will inculcate these qualities in themselves and bring laurels to the J&K. He remarked that the National Games is one of the prestigious and major event of our National sports calendar and is a core platform for sports persons to prove their talent for international events. Member Sports Council and ex-BCCI Member, Ranjeet Kalra while speaking on the occasion said that the J&K Sports Council is committed to provide the best infrastructure and coaching to the youth for them to excel in the field of sports.</span>
