<span style="color: #222222;">Recently elected Member of Legislative Assembly of Bharatiya Janata Party from Mandrem constituency Dayanand Sopte today took charge as Chairman of the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) in Panaji. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant was also present on this occasion.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Chief Minister expressed confidence that Mr Sopte will take forward Goa's tourism industry, which is key to the state's economy. Mr Sawant also stressed on the need to promote hinterland tourism beyond Goa's famous beaches.</span><br />
