Union Minister for Labour welfare and employment Bandaru Dattatreya said that under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, his ministry performed at its best by taking some of the path breaking decisions. <br/><br/>The Minister speaking to media persons in Mumbai today. The Minister said that transformation process has started and the qualitative job creation is the major task because it is need more skilled workers. He said that Modi government has emphasized on providing social security to labourers, innovative ways for more number of jobs, giving more importance to the workforce and simplification of job application processes among others. <br/><br/>He also stated that his ministry has also encouraged skill development programs, efforts to eradicate child labours, initiative to amend work laws for women during pregnancy, simplification of EPF procedure and efforts for development of labours from unorganized sector. He also informed that keeping the interest of laborers in mind, the process of amending the existing labour law is also in progress.<br/>
