Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Vijay Goel has said the date for Winter Session of Parliament will be decided this week. <br/><br/>He told media persons in New Delhi that the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs will meet to take a decision in this regard. <br/><br/>Opposition parties including Congress had targeted the government over delay in convening the Parliament session. <br/><br/>
