<span style="color: #222222;">Islamic Seminary in Uttar Pradesh Darul-Uloom Deoband has asked Muslims to abide by the guidelines issued by the Health Department especially during the holy month of Ramadan and not violate the lockdown rules. The holy month of Ramadan is expected to start from 25th of April.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">An advisory issued by Abul Qasim Nomani, Vice-Chancellor of Darul Uloom Deoband in Saharanpur district in Uttar Pradesh, says that COVID-19 is aggravating, which is an issue of grave concern for all. Therefore, the lockdown was extended till 3rd of May. In these times, the guidelines set up by Health Department should be followed strictly and gatherings should be avoided in any case. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Talking to AIR, Ashraf Usmani, Media in-Charge of Darul Uloom Deoband said that the seminary is going to issue a detailed Fatwa in connection with Ramadan and Tarawih very soon.</span><br />''  <br />
