Darbar Move: J&K secretariat reopens today

<span style="color: #222222;">The seat of administration of Jammu and Kashmir government, the civil secretariat, reopened in the winter capital city of Jammu on Monday morning, in the wake of the biannual Darbar Move.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Governor Satya Pal Malik inspected the guard of honour and the civil secretariat offices in Jammu. Interacting with media, the  Governor said that the militants responsible for the killing of the BJP state secretary Anil Parihar and his  brother in Kishtwar have been identified would soon be brought to justice.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that the 'unfortunate' political killing was a result of the frustration of forces across the border due to the peaceful conduct of municipal elections in the state.   The Governor also said that the high polling percentages in the state reaffirmed the faith of people of J&K in the grass-root democratic process<b>.</b></span><br />''
