Dara Singh murder: CBI charsheets BJP minister

The CBI has included name of former BJP Minister in Rajasthan Rajendra Rathore in the chargesheet of the Dara Singh fake encounter case. It filed 146 pages chargesheet in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate of Jaipur on Friday against 16 accused of this case. According the chargesheet, Rathore's role was suspicious in this encounter and investigation is going on to collect evidences against him. The next hearing of this case will be held on 7th June. Rathore has denied his role in this case. Talking to media persons he alleged that Congress is misusing the CBI and said that he was ready to face NARCO test. Dara Singh was killed in a police encounter near Jaipur in 2007. Last year, the Supreme Court ordered CBI to inquire this case. CBI has already arrested five police officials in connection with the case. Meanwhile, the Rajasthan government has suspended Additional Director General of Police A.K. Jain who is absconding. Jain's name is also included in this case.
