The rally was part of the Bharatiya Janata Party's statewide campaign on the CAA issue.<br />'' <br />'' In his first rally after getting elected as BJP National President, Mr Nadda said that Dalit leaders and Congress Party do not know anything about CAA and they are only misguiding people.
