In Jammu and Kashmir, Dalai Lama today reached Kargil on a three-day tour. He was given a warm welcome on arrival at the Kargil airport. Later, he visited the Islamia School, where he interacted with the people of Kargil. While interacting with the people, he said, all the religions teach peace and harmony and to follow the path of brotherhood. Talking about Kargil, Dalai Lama said, Kargil is a place of peace-loving people and is a symbol of communal harmony. While requesting the people of maintain this trend, he stressed on the youth to come forward as the youths are the future of any society.
